Brevard Chapter

Florida Writer's Association is Florida's premiere writing group for short story writers, poets, novelists, screenwriters and playrights. It is the host of the Annual Royal Palm Award, one of Florida's highest honors for writers in all genre.

FWA has about 500 members in the State of Florida.

Writers helping writers! Monthly meetings, writing conferences, and many opportunities for writers to meet agents, editors, and publishers.

FWA of Brevard meets the third Wednesday of every month at Barnes & Noble in Melbourne, Florida, 7:00-8:00 p.m. These meetings, hosted by Daniel Griffith, Regional Director of the Brevard Chapter of the Florida Writers Association, are free and open to the public.
